Founder David Marc Loftus was the driving talent behind more than 300 distinctively refined home plans. Although he was named "Best New Designer of 1998", David Marc Loftus was the proverbial "overnight success" 25 years in the making. Prior to focusing all of his energies on home design 17 years ago, David studied engineering and then worked as a homebuilder. Over the years, his reputation grew amongst a discerning clientele who admired David's ability to capture the essence of classical architecture with modern building materials and methods.
